Thank you for making a virtual visit to shop with us. We at Hampton Heelz hope that you will find the product(s) that fit your needs as we strive to make each customer service experience one of a kind.

Before making a purchase, we encourage our customers to carefully determine and select the size(s) that you feel will be the best fit. So, be sure to check out the size charts to assist you in making the best fitting decision.

We will gladly accept your return of ‘unworn’ merchandise within 7 days upon receipt in new (unused) condition, with no signs of use or wear, i.e., spots, snags, scuffs, etc. Any returned item must be in the original packaging, or the original tag or label must be still attached to the garment(s). Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box, and all returns must include a packing slip, supplied by Hampton Heelz. If any of these items are missing, the return option becomes null and void.

We recommend trying on both shoes on a carpeted surface to prevent any scuffs or scratches and try them on in a gentle (delicate) manner to avoid damages, just in case the customer decides to return or exchange the footwear.

If for any reason a customer is dissatisfied or unhappy with their order, please contact us to via email and you will receive a returned call or email, whichever is preferred, to discuss the best possible resolution. Customer satisfaction is a guarantee, 100%.

Please note that any final sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Hampton Heelz reserves the right to deny items that do not adhere to this return policy.

No refund will be finalized (no funds returned) until after the item(s) have been received and inspected by Hampton Heelz. If a discrepancy occurs, we will contact the client directly to discuss our decision or other options, if available.

If a return is approved, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and Hampton Heelz will email a return shipping label to the customer for the package.
